Assess technology risk level within advisor practices, recommend and implement secure data protection strategies
Provide training & support to Advisor teams to improve their effectiveness
Design and deliver seminar presentations to advisors on the use and application of technology and industry best practices
Strong focus on customer service and relationship management
As a partner of the Regional Sales Team, participate in planning and provide input to and recommendations on the provision of technology and business building opportunities
Maintain effective communications with the Regional Sales team and head office partners
Negotiate with representatives of other business areas
Consult with head office management on business needs, opportunities and operational effectiveness
Support advisor marketing & business development plans
Assist Regional Sales team with advisor recruiting

5 + years of technology related experience
Strong knowledge of Web based & Mobile technologies
Broad comprehension of Small Business technology infrastructure
Working knowledge of data management, storage & backup
Firm grasp of Client Relationship Management (CRM) Software
Advanced Microsoft Office 365 experience (MS 365 Certification)
Proven Oral and written communication skills
Excellent relationship management skills
University degree or equivalent working experience
