● 工作内容：
领导客户支持代理团队；
确保新员工的入职和持续的发展，随着时间的推移扩展专业知识；
通过与产品团队和用户的紧密合作，寻找提高产品体验的机会；
确定支持工具开发的需求；
与业务产品经理和适当的开发团队沟通系统问题，并进行协调；
识别系统问题的范围与影响；
与用户、产品团队和支持团队保持联系。
● Responsibilities：
Leading a team of customer support agents
Ensure onboarding and continual development occurs to expand expertise over time
Identify opportunities for improving product experience through strong engagement with Product Teams and Users
Identify needs for Support tool development
Communicate system issues to business Product Managers and appropriate development teams and coordinate around severity
Scope/Impact identification for system issues
Messaging & Follow-up to users, Product Teams and Support Team

职位要求：
信息技术、农学、精密农业或相关专业学士学位优先；
5年以上客户服务经验，对precision ag有详细的了解，有领导能力；
较强的口头和书面沟通能力；
流利英语和法语。
●
Requirements：
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, agronomy, precision ag or like degree program is preferred.
Minimum 5 years client services experience, detailed knowledge of precision ag, proven leadership capabilities
Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to transfer knowledge both verbally and written
Fluent in both English and French
