● 主要职责：

将脏盘子清洗干净，或根据指定的设备把食物放在架子上或传送带上放到洗碗机里，确保清洁卫生；
根据指定的程序清洗锅碗瓢盆和托盘，确保清洁卫生；
根据指定的设备和程序，使用抛光机滚筒、化学浸镀、抛光轮和手布进行抛光，确保清洁卫生；
保持餐区整洁有序，符合安全标准；
清洁和拖地，确保厨房地板符合安全卫生标准；
清洗工作台、墙壁、冰箱、肉块和其他准备食物的表面；
将垃圾移走并放入指定的容器中，蒸汽清洗、冲洗垃圾桶；
在仓库和工作区域之间转移物资和设备；
帮助装卸物料和产品。

● Primary Responsibilities：

Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
Wash pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
Remove trash and places it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Help load and unload supplies and product.

● 职位要求：

愿意在快节奏的环境中工作；
有洗碗经验者优先；
有工业洗衣机操作经验者优先；
食品安全一级认证是一项资产；
能够在压力下很好地工作；
具备执行岗位职责的能力。

● Requirements：

Willing to work in fast paced environment.
Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines preferred.
FoodSafe Level 1 Certification an asset.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
