● 工作内容：
  • 管理整个财务系统项目管理的职能范围和进度；
  • 与业务发起人一起定义项目范围和目标；
  • 监督所有财务系统项目的预算管理和人员资源分配；
  • 创建和管理项目进度和预算，以确保项目按时、按预算和在范围内完成；
  • 识别大量单个项目和计划中的潜在风险，并建立沟通和风险缓解策略；
  • 与主管和同事合作解决跨职能项目问题；
  • 领导跨职能或多团队的工作，定义项目或计划的预算需求，为业务案例的初始财务评估提供指引；
  • 执行一些项目组合管理活动，以确保整个项目组合具有良好的资源和计划；
  • 支持组织变更管理工作，与所分配的项目或其他相关
● MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES：
  • Manage overall Financial Systems Project Management functional scope and schedule, specifically leading the IFRS-17 implementation
  • Define the overall project scope and objectives with business sponsors. Provide project leadership and vision; formalize processes, procedures and quality control measures; develop and manage project resource plan and project dependencies
  • Provide oversight of budget management and allocation of personnel and resources to all Financial Systems projects
  • Create and Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure project completion is on time, on budget and within scope.
  • Identify potential risks across a broad number of individual projects and programs and establishes communications and risk mitigation strategies
  • Partner with Director and peers to resolve cross-functional project issues
  • Lead cross-functional or multi-team effort in defining budget requirements for a project or program, providing thought leadership into initial financial estimates for the business case
  • Perform some portfolio management activities to ensure the entire portfolio is well resourced and planned
  • Support organizational change management efforts, related to assigned projects or otherwise

● 职位要求：
  • 至少8年以上复杂技术环境下的项目管理经验；
  • 有实施各种财务系统(ERP或其他)的经验；
  • 在大型IT项目交付环境中有丰富的经验；
  • 了解Oracle产品(EBS, Oracle Fusion, Hyperion)；
  • 有软件供应商和SI的供应商关系经验；
  • 项目管理专业认证(PMP)是一项资产；
  • 软件工程、计算机科学、管理或相关专业学士学位；
  • 有与ifr -17相关的P&C保险经验者优先；
  • 有项目管理和过程改进方面的经验和理解；
  • 优秀的沟通能力(口头和书面)和较强的影响力。
● REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS：
  • Minimum of 8 years prior technical project management experience, within a complex technical environment
  • Demonstrated experience in implementation of various financial systems – ERP or other
  • Demonstrated experience in a large scale IT program delivery environment
  • Knowledge of Oracle products (EBS, Oracle Fusion, Hyperion)
  • Vendor relationship experience with software vendor and SI
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP) an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Administration or related field
  • P&C Insurance experience, specifically related to IFRS-17 would be a strong asset
  • Experience with and understanding of leading practices in project management and process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong influencing capabilities
