● 工作内容：
  • 任职者必须为BDC技术战略的长期和短期战略和操作计划的实施提供战略指导和监督，并与组织的战略优先级和业务需求相一致。
  • 任职者还将运用业务和技术专业知识，与利益相关者和解决方案提供者协作，驱动业务结果。
  • 与解决方案交付主管密切协作，与企业PMO主管和转换办公室主管一起，调整、集成和优化关键BDC计划的交付；
  • 负责在业务和公司职能范围内发展关系，以及在整个组织范围内促进项目执行和项目完成后的知识转移；
  • 拥护BDC的文化规范，并对组织的使命、愿景和价值观表现出积极态度。
● MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES：
  • The incumbent will have to provide strategic direction and oversight for the implementation of long and short-term strategic and operational plans for BDC’s technology strategy that aligns with the organization’s strategic priorities and business needs.
  • The incumbent will also provide expertise on business and technology initiatives, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and solution providers to drive business results.
  • The successful candidate will work, more specifically, in close collaboration with the lead of Solutions Delivery to align, integrate and optimize the delivery of key BDC initiatives alongside with the Enterprise PMO lead and the Transformation Office lead.
  • The incumbent is responsible to develop key relationships within the businesses and corporate functions, as well as broadly across the organization to facilitate project execution and the transfer of knowledge after project completion.
  • The person champions BDC’s cultural norms and demonstrates passion for the organization’s mission, vision and values.
● 职位要求：
  • 计算机科学、信息技术或相关领域的学士学位，至少15年的IT大型项目管理经验；
  • 较强的业务和流程知识、技术实施、变更管理和大型项目管理以及财务规划和预算能力；
  • 具备数字技术的知识和经验，如人工智能、数据分析、金融行业的数字营销等；
  • 有管理供应商、供应商关系和大型合同的工作经验；
  • 有在矩阵环境中领导大型实施团队的经验。
● REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS：
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a related field and/or a minimum of 15 years of IT large scale project management experience, including working with senior executives on transformational initiatives
  • Strong business and process knowledge, technology implementation, change management and large-scale program management and financial planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge and experience with digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, digital marketing in the financial industry
  • Experience managing supplier/vendor relationships and large contracts
  • Experience leading teams in a matrix environment across large scale implementations
