用热情友好的微笑问候所有的客户；
遵循“最佳方式”的实践标准；
遵守所有的退款和兑换政策；
根据公司指引，正确执行退款自动化程序；
正确填写所有有缺陷的单据；
为客户提供信息、退款、交流和指导；
遵守公司的所有政策和标准操作程序；
可能会分配其他职责。
● Responsibilities：
Greeting all Customers with a warm, friendly smile.
Following the “One Best Way” standards of practice.
Following all refund and exchange policies.
Properly following Refund Automation procedures according to Company guidelines.
Properly completing all defective slips.
Assisting customers with information, refunds, exchanges and directions. Additional Responsibilities
Adheres to all company policies and standard operating procedures.
Other responsibilities may be assigned.
