Manage inventory to ensure maximum turns and minimum aging.
Monitor yield loss percentages to stay within budget.
Ensure compliance to quality standards with respect to the sheeting and rewinding processes, including annual supplier audits.
Oversee use and reliability of information in the order fulfillment system pertaining to skids specifications, product definitions, bills of material for sheeting operations, and sheet stock programs.
Maintain awareness of product end-use performance in the press rooms and converting operations of all key accounts.
Provide support to mill operations and the Sales and Marketing group by providing technical field support services to customers, as requested.
Coordinate and observe press room trials for existing or new products, providing technical expertise and advice to the customer and developing recommendations for product improvement to mill operations

● Main Requirements：
Minimum: Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Business, or other related fields.
At least 10 years of distribution or supply chain experience; strong experience with inventory management and procedures; pulp and paper experience is preferred
Great ability to communicate and motivate organizations through strong leadership; initiative to drive change, build trust and work collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.
