Sales and Marketing Coordinator
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will join one of the most dynamic and leading real estate developers of Montreal.
The tasks that the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will perform are:
· Contribute actively to the development and execution of various marketing actions (digital and advertising campaigns, events, promotions, press relations, etc.);
· Work in collaboration with agencies and suppliers on different real estate projects;
· Monitor production and deliverables with internal and external teams;
· Update and coordinate third party websites; make sure that all content is consistent on all website and online platforms;
· Coordinate strategic content calendar for social media platforms of all projects;
· Analyze and make reports on Brivia project websites usage, performance and the effectiveness of the marketing campaign to VP Sales and Marketing;
· Develop and coordinate e-mail content (newsletter / marketing campaign / mailing list);
· Participate in the creation, development, production monitoring and on-line publishing for the website, newsletters and social networks (texts, photos and videos);
· Assist to organize, prepare and coordinate project events and partnerships events;
· Follow up on quotes and budgets;
· Assist in administrative tasks such as meeting minutes, invoicing, file organizing, and quote approvals;
· Review & proof architectural floor plans and all sales & marketing materials to ensure accuracy;
· Develop event calendars outlining critical deadlines and work-back schedules;
· Coordinate & execute sales and marketing strategies;
· Coordinate & execute marketing events and liaise with catering / event management companies, prepare budgets for sales & marketing team to approve;
· Attend & oversee sales and marketing events;
· Work closely with sales teams providing them with the tools and resource they need to support the process;
· Perform any other tasks directly related to its function.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related field;
· Previous experience in Marketing and Real Estate is an asset;
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, manage priorities well and work with tight deadlines;
· Ability to adapt and change to an ever-evolving market;
· Team player, bright, creative, efficient, effective and detail-oriented person;
· Knowledge of computer tools, digital platforms or network operations;
· Social and Office Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator are a bonus);
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;
· Verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin are consider a good asset.
