The apartment is located on the same block as the Guy-Concordia Station St. Mathieu exit, so it is perfect for Concordia students!
The apartment is fully furnished (stove, fridge, couch, bed, etc.) with a modern minimalist aesthetic. Rent is $900, all included (hydro, Internet). As the building is owned by a rental management company, you'll have to undergo a background check upon selection.
The building includes a laundry room (4 washers and 4 dryers; $2.50 each), trash/recycling in the basement, two elevators, on-site concierge, and an intercom system to buzz guests in.
