Act as a liaison for assigned client group(s) and share with the HR needs with the extended HR team in a way that ensures that HR is providing value-adding services that are fit-for-purpose
Partner closely with business leaders to build and maintain a thorough understanding of their business strategy and organizational plans and participate in the development of Talent requirements to support and drive their business plans
Understand and deliver on all Talent cycle activities while focusing on the employee and manager needs and experience
Partner with client group(s) senior leaders and Talent Acquisition team in the hiring for senior leadership and select business-critical roles
Work with business leaders to maximize the effectiveness of their teams
Drive for successful implementation of key HR programs and key initiatives in collaboration with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Global Compensation, Talent, etc.)
