Develops and recommends sourcing strategies that maximize value and mitigate risks to the company and its clients.
Executes end-to-end competitive bid process for assigned categories
Identifies and implements performance metrics to measure supplier performance
Reviews and approves vendor set up and vendor information changes
Reviews and approves purchase orders

MINIMUM EDUCATION: University graduation or professional certification (e.g. P. Eng, CMA, CGA or equivalent courses)
JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: More than three years up to five years
Bilingualism in French and English (written & spoken)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously/Ability to develop and execute supplier contract agreements/Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
Computer proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to quickly learn proprietary databases
