●  工作内容：
  • 为客户传真/电子邮件/电话请求提供响应服务；
  • 提供对客户交易/请求的执行和交付；
  • 熟悉重要的转介渠道，对抵押贷款流程有很强的了解；
  • 主动了解RBCnet和适用的内部网站的最新事件、市场新闻和内部信息；
  • 管理抵押专员的电子邮件，主动响应信件请求，并优先安排；
  • 管理办公室日常事务和开支，确保设备的可用性以及文件和记录的有效管理。
●  Responsibilities：
  • Provide superior responsive service to client fax / e-mail / telephone requests
  • Provide superior responsive execution and delivery of client transactions/requests
  • Familiar with key referral sources and has a strong knowledge of mortgage process which facilitates solutions and problem resolutions
  • Takes the initiative to keep informed of current events, market news and internal information on RBCnet and applicable internal sites
  • Manages Mortgage Specialist’s e-mail/mail, proactively responding to correspondence/requests and prioritizes for Mortgage Specialist to read
  • Manages office routines and expenses ensuring efficiency is maintained through availability of equipment and supplies and effective management of files and records

  • 较强的计算机技能；
  • 了解抵押贷款流程和住房融资产品是一项优势
  • 所需语言：法语、英语、普通话，掌握粤语是一项优势。

  • Sales-oriented, self-motivated, self-managed and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Provide superior responsive service to client requests in order to build customer loyalty and trust
  • Well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Energetic and enthusiastic team player who pays attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of the mortgage process and Home Financing products is an asset
  • Languages required: French, English, Mandarin  - Cantonese is an asset
