● REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field. Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
- Candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in an HR role with broad knowledge and experience in human resources management.
- Experience with labor and employment laws, and handle employee relation cases is required; Exposure to multi-provinces and federal employment laws are an asset.
- Written and oral fluency in French and English is required
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to generate and analyze reports
