Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the enterprise-wide business continuity management program;
Support the BCM Manager with the update of the BCM enterprise risk profile and related action plans to enhance the level maturity of the BCM program;
Coordinate the update the Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans and Crisis Management Plans according to the established schedule;
Assist with the coordination of the Disaster Recovery tests, in collaboration with highly skilled technical staff;
Advise business units in their BCM, incident management or travel risk management activities and challenge them if required;
Take a lead role in developing exercises, training, awareness and review sessions for all Ivanhoe Cambridge business units according to the corporate BCM strategy;
Assist the BC Manager in coordinating response to organizational crises, operational incidents and travel events (monitoring of world events) with internal teams;
Evaluate the business continuity processes of key strategic third parties as part of the Risk Oversight, Integrated Risk Management and Internal Audit reviews;
Supervise the use of the incident communication protocol and the use of the group travel protocol and produce reports, trend analysis and recommendations;
Deploy maintain and optimise IT tools that support BCM activities: mass notification, incident communication, development and maintenance of the BCM documentation and travel risk software;
Contribute to the design, development and delivery of a Corporate Security Framework;
Develop and keep up to date various reports and detailed analysis.

● Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology or a related discipline such as project management, risk management or business continuity;
Business Continuity certification (CBCP or MBCI) and good knowledge of ISO22301 standard (Lead implementer or Lead auditor certification an asset);
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery and incident management in a large organization;
Excellent verbal/written communication skills (French and English) including demonstrated ability to present and deliver effective education sessions and efficient crisis management exercises;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to remain calm under stress;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Excellent analysis skills (in-dept knowledge in PowerBI an asset).
