Oversight of the investment analytics platform from a valuation & enriched analytics perspective.
Responsible to contribute to the oversight of the pricing and valuation of all public market and private market investments that include equity, fixed income, listed and OTC derivatives, Private Placements, Loans, LP’s and Bank Debt;
Ensure timely and accurate valuation of assets under management;
Participate and quarterly Valuation Committee meeting. With supporting documents, the Analyst is responsible of providing a good understanding of potential valuation issues and bring to the forefront valuation situations
Develop financial models to assess the intrinsic value of private investments (ie. loans and limited partnership). Also perform valuation methodologies such as comparative company analysis, asset-based approaches and discounted cash flow analysis;
Develop an understanding and participate in building various analytics and reporting attributed to Fiera’s private market investments;
Review and validate daily key quality control reports in support of pricing using various tools and applications;
Continuously evaluate, identify and recommend best practices and controls that will increase process efficiency and mitigate financial and operational risks.

掌握编程技巧是加分项：SQL，Python，C++，C语言，R，Matlab，SAS或相关。
● Requirements：
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce or related field,a related field an advantage;
Professional designation in finance (CBV, PRM, FRM, CFA or CAIA) an advantage.
Exceptional organizational & time management skills, be able to prioritize, make decision with ambiguity and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven knowledge in valuation of both public and private market investments that include equity, fixed income, listed and OTC derivatives, private placements, loans, LPs and Bank Debt;
Programming skills are a bonus: SQL, PYTHON, C++, C#, R, MATLAB, SAS or related
