● 工作内容：
  • 与DX CA经理合作管理业务和运营项目；
  • 与利益相关者定期举行会议，告知他们项目状态并记录结果；
  • 提供有关项目目标和优先事项的明确指示，以确保得到实施；
  • 领导项目评估活动，主动与所有团队成员分享遇到的问题、吸取的经验教训和取得的成功；
  • 管理数字和分析计划、投资组合和总体容量计划；
  • 担任项目管理工具（MS项目/EPM）专员；
  • 鼓励项目团队成员之间的良好沟通。
● MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES：
  • Manage business and operational projects in collaboration with DX CA managers. Assume responsibility for monitoring, deadlines, resource allocation, risks, issues, budget, mitigation measures, changes and communication throughout the assignment.
  • Hold regular meetings with all main stakeholders to inform them of project status and document all decisions/results.
  • Provide clear instructions regarding project objectives and priorities to ensure that standards, methodology and procedures are implemented at the start of projects and observed by all team members.
  • Lead project assessment activities by taking the initiative to share issues encountered, lessons learned and successes with all team members.
  • Manage digital and analytics plans, the portfolio and the overall capacity plan.  Anticipate and communicate apparent conflict of plans in terms of obstacles, resources, dates, tasks and budget.
  • Act as a project management tools (MS Project/EPM) expert. The incumbent will control access to project documents, manage the standard project file structure and support team members in using these tools.
  • Encourage good communication between project team members.
● 职位要求：

● REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS：
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of five years' experience in managing medium sized projects
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certification an asset
  • Knowledge of TFS (Team Foundation System)
  • Ability to use Microsoft Project and EPM to lead and coordinate project activities and to manage all stages of the life cycle of a project, while respecting project management methods and methods related to the life cycle of products
  • Ability to listen to the customer and provide support throughout the project life cycle and to clearly explain issues and options/solutions
  • Excellent team management, communication and negotiation skills, and ability to influence decisions
  • Ability to have an overview of the DX-CA team projects portfolio
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal relationship and communication (written and oral) skills
  • Experience in the banking and financial sector an asset
  • Bilingual
