● 工作内容：

分析数据预判增长趋势；
根据分析结果提交临时报告；
将大众需求转化为交付报告；
制定业绩指标；
编写管理层报告；
与支持团队紧密合作，并向相关决策者提供可操作建议；
主动分析数据，回答关键问题，着眼业务绩效驱动因素；
直接与管理层和用户合作，收集需求，建立联系。

● MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES：

Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets
Deliver ad hoc reports based on results of analysis
Translate stakeholders requirements into reporting deliverables
Develop performance metrics
Create management level reports
Work closely with support teams to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships

● 职位要求：

3年以上数据分析和报告的工作经验；
文本数据集分析的经验；
很强的Excel技能；
能够研究和实施新的解决方案；
具备分析和报告工具的工作知识
优秀的书面和口头沟通能力；
有一定的法语和英语基础。

● REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS：

3+ years of experience in delivering data analytics and reporting
Experience performing analytics on text based data sets
Strong Excel skills
Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of French and English is required.
