  • 领导开发人员和QA团队；
  • 指导团队成员有效工作和协作；
  • 帮助您的团队招募开发人员和QA人员；
  • 管理团队的假期和休息时间；
  • 进行绩效考核；
  • 参与产品的分析、设计、开发、文档编制和维护。
●  Responsibilities：
  • Lead a team of developers and QA to achieve successful deliverables
  • Coach team members to work and collaborate effectively
  • Help with the recruitment of developer and QA talent for your team
  • Manage the vacation and personal time-off scheduling for your team
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Participate in the analysis, design, development, documentation, and maintenance of our products
●  职位要求：
  • 熟悉行业标准；
  • 具有广泛的Java技术经验；
  • 有计算机科学、工程或相关专业学士学位；
  • 具有软件开发周期、版本管理和问题跟踪方面的专业知识；
  • 较强的沟通能力和文档处理能力；
  • 较强的人际交往能力和团队意识。
●  Requirements：
  • Familiarity with our industry’s standards (e.g., DICOM, HL-7, …)
  • Experience with a broad range of Java technologies (e.g., JNI, JDBC, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
  • Expert knowledge of the software development life cycle, version management and issue trackers
  • Strong communication skills and document technical information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented
