As Regional Manager, you will be directly responsible for providing Production Control oversight to a complete region.
Accountable for developing, managing and administrating annual budget for designated regions.
Oversee and develop station and Regional business plans for Work Accomplishment
Drive changes to achieve new business tactics and strategies in order to minimize the cost and optimize the station performance.
Provide direction to Maintenance through meetings with production, materials, and other departments to ensure they are briefed on check contents and expectations
Adjust Teams focus to ensure readiness for schedule/seasonal changes that will require manpower tooling adjustments across the region.
Proactively review upcoming Line Maintenance schedule changes that will require Operational Planning’s awareness to change planned work in advance (training, vacations, etc) to avoid any operational gaps.

● Main Requirements：
5-10 years of experience in a similar position with planning
In-depth knowledge of the Principles of Planning, including a strong knowledge of Estimating, Production Planning, and Project Management.
Familiar with MS Office Suite and automated planning systems (Trax).
Strong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong team player with the ability to focus on customer requirements in a dynamic environment.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Strong presentation skills
