●  工作内容：

  • 与分公司领导一起进行日常工作，以确保投资信心和持续的能力提升
  • 定期与区域实施团队(区域经理、顾问实施和区域实施教练)合作，建立对关键业务目标的理解
  • 征求和提供关于国家和区域活动和倡议的反馈
  • 与区域经理合作，为大众富裕顾问提供支持，确保区域信息的一致性
●  Responsibilities：
  • Ensure the ongoing support of products, services, and strategies consistent with the priorities of the investment business
  • Deliver Investment Excellence Workshops (Fundamentals program for new hires, Annual program for all Banking Advisors and Expert Banking Advisors, and support the MyAdvisor new hire program)
  • Work in conjunction with the RBC GAM Strategy and Enablement team and market leadership to support the staff rally program in market, ensuring full participation and attendance of Banking Advisors and Expert Banking Advisors
  • Execute on the delivery of supplementary training materials related to new investment products and services, changes to existing products and services, and new investment initiatives
  • Conduct routine activities with branch leaders to ensure investment confidence and continuous capability improvements
  • Regularly partner and build understanding of key business objectives with regional enablement team (Regional Manager, Advisor Enablement and Regional Enablement coaches)
  • Solicit and provide feedback on national and regional activities and initiatives
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers, Mass Affluent Advisor Support, to ensure consistent regional messaging
●  职位要求：
  • 5年投资建议或销售管理经验
  • 完成CSC和/或IFC
  • 具有财务规划、投资建议和客户投资需求方面的知识
  • 对加拿大皇家银行投资解决方案和销售流程以及零售银行分销有深刻的理解
  • 良好的表达能力和影响力
  • 出色的法语和英语沟通能力
●  Requirements：
  • 5 years of investment advice or sales management experience
  • Completion of CSC and/or IFC
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial planning, investment advice, and client investment needs
  • Strong understanding of RBC investment solutions and sales process as well as the retail banking distribution
  • Proven presentation skills along with the ability to impact and influence
  • Post-secondary education
  • Exceptional communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal
