Drive the profitable revenue needed to meet and exceed the annual targets assigned by BDO Consulting’s leadership team
Display credible knowledge of the 6 target industries and 4 service lines
Demonstrate an ability to become the advisor of choice and engage clients as early as possible in strategic dialogue
Manage the complete sales cycle associated with all client opportunities applicable to the BDE mandate
Leverage and coordinate BDO Consulting’s senior service line and geography resources within every sales cycle
Ensure that our prospects and clients experience the most efficient and effective engagement possible
Populate and/or update the BDO Consulting CRM system with data that allows the business to forecast with accuracy and to effectively mine this invaluable source of information

● Requirements:
Fluently bilingual in French and English
University Degree or College Diploma in a relevant discipline: BComm, BSci or similar
10+ years of proven business development experience, ideally in the systems’ integration space
Deep understanding of the consulting industry and the types of BDO Consulting engagements
In-depth knowledge of at least 3 industries BDO Consulting is targeting
Verifiable track record of success meeting and exceeding annual target sales in excess of $5M
Demonstrate a high capacity to maintain a good relationship with all prospects and clients
Strong oral and written communication skills
Dynamic and autonomous with a profound curiosity to stay on top of the latest trends
