Supports the Store Leadership Team in coordinating and leading all staffing functions including sourcing candidates, application review and employment verification, coordinating the interview process and completing new hire paperwork in NEST.
Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Supports the management team ensuring the store audit compliance and shrink results meet company loss prevention standards.
Executes all daily and weekly operational procedures including supply orders and bag inventories.
Manages all associate engagement and communication materials including store manuals, bulletin boards, and break rooms.
Supports the Store Manager by managing all Kronos functions ensuring productive weekly schedules to support and help drive the business.
Supports Sales Leadership Team scheduling monthly performance reviews and tracking completion compliance.
Ensures flawless execution and administration of final pay and termination with reference to state-specific policy for all terminated associates.
Completes/Organizes and audits all employee files ensuring all necessary new hire paperwork is complete and accounted for.
Schedules associate onboarding activities and follows-up to see that they are complete (Pre-Onboarding Tasks).
