● REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of Food and Beverage Management experience.
- Senior Living experience preferred.
- Regional team leadership experience preferred.
- Food and Beverage training experience preferred.
- Successful completion of a post-secondary qualification in Food and Beverage Management from a recognized institution.
- Current in regional and provincial certifications (MAPAQ, Public Health, Food Handler, Smart Serve, etc).
- Red Seal Cook or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire others to provide the highest standard of customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organization and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Team player with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Effective communication skills - including excellent written, verbal and presentation abilities.
- Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office (essential).
- Bilingual (for Quebec)
