● Responsibilities：
- Plan, organize, animate and evaluate activities that meet the objectives of the Youth Zone
- Ensure compliance with the regulations of the Youth Zone
- Stimulate and encourage young people to participate in activities
- Act as a resource person for youth
- Help youth create bonds between themselves; valuing respect, mutual help and sharing
- Create a welcoming and safe environment for all participants
- Help foster youth's growth and development
- Promote the development of a sense of belonging for the participants in the activities of the Youth Zone
- Ensure constant collaboration within the intervention team
- Maintain open communication with YMCA West Island staff
- Understand and integrate the value of philanthropy within their position and in the association
● 职位要求：
- 在以下领域完成或正在进行的教育:动画、特殊护理咨询、社会工作、娱乐干预或任何其他相关领域;

- 优秀的英语和法语口语交流能力;

● Requirements：
- Education completed or in progress in the following fields: animation, special care counseling, social work, recreational intervention or any other related field;
- Have a minimum of one year of facilitation experience with youth aged 12 to 17;
- Excellent ability to communicate orally in English and French;
- Have an interest in issues related to youth such as: youth leadership, youth community participation, youth empowerment
- Have a great sense of responsibility and maintain high ethical standards;
- Understand and adhere to the values and mission of the YMCA and the Youth Zone;
- A criminal record check will be conducted prior to hire;
- Have a certification in first aid and CPR;
