● 工作内容：
- 推行与策略计划有关的大型项目，确保所寻求的切实利益得以产生;
- 使用非主流方法(定义、度量、分析、改进、控制)开发和交付项目任务;
- 计划、协调和跟踪活动和交付物的绩效;
- 举办有效的工作坊，协助各小组厘清业务需要，并落实解决方案;
- 培训和支持经理和他们的团队建立持续改进的文化，包括精益六西格玛原则;
- 支持经理实施绩效管理;
- 鼓励在不同的团队和部门内最佳地使用工具;
- 在你的工作团队中充当一个动员者。
● Responsibilities：
- Carry out large-scale projects associated with the strategic plan, ensuring that the tangible benefits sought are produced;
- Develop and deliver project mandates using the DEMAIC approach (define, measure, analyze, improve, control);
- Plan, coordinate and track the performance of activities and deliverables;
- Run effective workshops in order to support the teams in clarifying their business needs, and implement the solutions;
- Train and support the managers and their teams for establishing a culture of continuous improvement that incorporates the Lean Six Sigma principles;
- Support the managers in putting performance management in place;
- Encourage optimal use of the tools within the various teams and departments;
- Act as a mobilizer within your work teams.
● 职位要求：
- 相关专业大学本科以上学历;
- 7年管理持续改进项目的经验，包括3年的业务转型经验;
- 成为一名精益大师被认为是一项重要的资产;
- 具备部署卓越运作系统或日常运作管理经验者优先考虑;
- 在制药领域的经验被认为是一项重要的资产。
● Requirements：
- A university degree in a relevant discipline;
- Seven years of experience in managing continuous improvement projects, including three years in a business transformation context;
- Trained as a Green Belt;
- Being a Lean Master is considered a major asset;
- Experience in deploying systems for operational excellence or daily operations management is considered a major asset;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical field is considered a major asset.
