●  工作内容:
●  Responsibilities:
  • through setting performance objective targets and providing regular performance feedback, motivating CRR’s and supporting their career development while holding them accountable for their performance results.
  • providing coaching, guidance and mentoring to help CRR’s improve performance and provide effortless experiences to our clients. By creating and supporting an environment that encourages continuous improvement through the organization.
  • in coaching activities, including side by side coaching, call evaluations and silent monitoring. Working closely with the rest of the leadership team and other departments to achieve departmental and divisional goals.
  • by motivating and engaging your team toward their potential, as well as hiring and maintaining high potential individuals who drive the organization forward. In setting the right targets and priorities for your team.
  • through managing all aspects of a frontline team, including scheduling, performance management and other HR related matters.
  • through supporting excellent service for our clients while enhancing their overall experience. In identifying and supporting professional growth activities for your team that helps them learn and grow including facilitating training activities.

●  Requirements:
  • Proven ability to lead/motivate a highly skilled team faced with significant change and increasing service expectations
  • Strong coaching skills and understanding of coaching principles
  • Committed to employee engagement, development and growth
  • Driven in service with appropriate sense of urgency
  • Results driven and proven ability to exceed targets
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Innovative problem solving abilities and a creative thinker with sound judgment
  • Strong knowledge of financial services industry products, services, procedures and policies ideally in mutual funds,
  • Ability to analyze situations, diagnosis problems, develop and implement creative solutions
  • Post secondary education and 2-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Proficiency in both English and French is mandatory
  • Successful completion of CSC/IFIC, is an asset
