● 工作内容：
达到或超过个人销售和生产力标准
确保最高水平的客户服务符合加拿大鹅的质量和真实性的期望
通过获取新客户、维护现有客户和留住忠诚客户来建立个人客户群
通过电话或邮件与个人客户沟通店内活动、新品到货、销售跟进、生日等事宜。
参加所有的产品知识讲座，学习加拿大鹅的产品知识，并成为客户咨询的专家
对客户进行产品特性和各种类型商品的好处的教育
解决所有客户服务问题，并与SM和ASM合作解决公司政策之外的问题
执行运营职责，如视觉陈列，保持店铺清洁，补充库存，以及其他相关活动
根据客户的需求和要求，推荐、选择和协助定位或获取商品
准确处理所有POS交易;销售、退款和兑换
展示符合加拿大鹅文化的价值观和行为
完成分配的其他任务
● Responsibilities：
Achieve or exceed personal sales and productivity standards
Ensure highest level of customer service aligning with Canada Goose’s expectations of quality and authenticity
Build a personal clientele base by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing customers, and retaining loyal clients
Communicate with personal clientele through phone or mail in regards to in-store events, new merchandise arrivals, sales follow-up, birthdays, etc.
Attend all product knowledge sessions to gain knowledge on Canada Goose’s merchandise and be the expert to customer inquiries
Educate customers on specific product features and benefits on various types of merchandise
Resolve all customer service issues and partner with the SM and ASM with issues outside of company policies
Perform operational duties such as visual merchandising, maintaining store cleanliness, replenishing stock, and other related activities
Recommend, select, and assist with locating or obtaining merchandise based on customer needs and desires
Handle all POS transactions accurately; sales, refunds and exchanges
Demonstrate values and behaviours consistent with the Canada Goose’s culture
Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements：
Ability to stand for long periods of time and to work retail hours (standard, peak, and holiday)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team oriented environment with high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail, taking initiative, and promotes a positive working environment
Ability to work well with others to collectively exceed store sales
Strong negotiation skills combined with an adaptable approach to selling
Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; specifically Word and Excel
