Morgan Stanley is looking for an ambitious candidate to join their IT Request for Data (ITRFD) group. ITRFD is responsible for managing eDiscovery and Investigation requests that relate to litigation, compliance, and regulatory matters, as well as internal employee investigations.
ITRFD works closely with the Investigations group who fulfill the eDiscovery and forensic investigations requests. Data collections and investigation findings are provided to parties internal and external to the Firm. ITRFD ensures that these requests are adequately formed, tracked, and responded to in an efficient and accurate manner.
The role will focus on managing requests for data and may include performing eDiscovery searches. Extensive interaction is required with colleagues both internal and external to IT including Legal, Corporate Security, Human Resources, Information Security, IT Security, Distributed Services, various Engineering teams, business and product management groups.

● Requirements：
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in the areas of eDiscovery, litigation support, or IT Security
Detail Orientated and Analytical, Strong Organizational Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Good Judgment and Integrity; Excellent client skills
Experience in the areas of eDiscovery, litigation support, or IT Security
Comfortable working with complex cases and large data collections
Comfortable with handling confidential information
