Position Title: Human Resources Administrator/HR Administrator
Position Summary:
HR Administrator acts as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. The main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Demonstrated ability to multitask; proven knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook, etc. Excellent organizational skills. Attention to details. Excellent ability working in teams as well as autonomously. Proven experience dealing with customers at different levels.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of provincial employment and payroll statutes; and Good knowledge of Word, Outlook, Ceridian, Excel, Indeed.ca an. Must have at least 2 years of related experience, preferably in education environment. High level of adaptability and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and French (both oral and written).
Position Type: Full-Time
Additional Information: Ability to work evenings and weekends.
