Managing our communication and promotional materials logistic providers, & ECCnet. (Generics Business) and coordinating the development of promotional tools (Specialty business). Monitoring promotional tool inventory and accuracy with TC and insure that all material is up to date. Maintain Sandoz product catalogue correctness and update content on regular basis;
Liaise and brief the agency regarding product launch materials and Advertising campaigns (i.e. Corporate Advertising Campaigns) and booth material. Review and proofreading of printed and electronic marketing components in support to our Group Product Director, Product Managers. Manages the MAC P3 / Zinc platform approval process for Retail, Hospital generic portfolio and Specialty portfolio.
Insure consistency in product branding and corporate branding following corporate “Brand Lab” guidelines and product branding guidelines;
Monitor and administer business and financial relationships with key external customers-stakeholders such as media vendors, agencies, suppliers, etc. Manage buying procedure including purchase order (PO) management, invoice reception and follow up.
Tracks the documents to be signed by the Senior Director and the other managers of the group;
Support Senior Director of Marketing, Director of Sales and Marketing (Specialty products), Group Product Director and Product Managers in managing promotional budgets. Buys all Medical utility items (MUI) for the hospital and retail sales teams.
Coordinates and ensures the organization of various internal and external events (marketing meetings, congresses and conferences attended by marketing team) Orders, sends and monitors the material for events.
