Monitor air cargo bookings and ensure pre-alerts received from agents are process in a timely manner;
Verify cargo documentation received with booking approval notice to ensure accuracy;
Coordinate Import Air Freight shipment bookings and assure constant communication with Agents and clients to provide them with necessary information;
Provide stellar customer service by ensuring the accuracy of schedules, information, procedures, documents and proper rates and services;
Overseas communication for documentation requests, shipment follow-ups, schedules and other information to ensure shipment departure;
After hours support through email or last minute bookings and changes to ensure service excellence to our customers;
Track shipments with airlines, co-loaders and arrival warehouses to ensure estimate time of arrival and cargo routing are respected. Provide clients with updates;
Process shipment billing information and create billing invoices to be sent;
Prepare delivery instructions for customs released shipments;
Interface with transport companies to coordinate pick up and delivery of shipment to final destination;
Update the system with shipment information, including proof of deliveries.

● Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Air Freight Operations (Import & Export);
Bilingual (French & English);
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (customer service experience is an asset);
