Know the site, the interlocutors (AAA and customers), the product (plane, system)
Know the processes of the site (organization, logistics, ...), applicable documents and procedures related to its interventions and know where to find them
Know the safety rules and the FOE-FOD particularities applicable to the station, use the personal and environmental protection equipment according to the need
Inform about any anomalies found
Report work to hierarchy and complete tracking charts as required
Respond to various requests from the hierarchy
