●  招聘职位：临时招聘技术员（Technician, Talent Acquisition Operations Temporary ）

●  工作内容：  

• Executing job posting requests/job translations, including coordinating with 3rd party vendors/sites where required. Monitor job posts (to close or refresh) and liaise with third party posting sites where required;
• Conducting Interview scheduling, which will require liaising with both PSP staff (globally) and candidates. In some instances, booking video conference facilities will be required;
• Generating offer letters and facilitating the gathering of offer letter e-signatures;
• Deploying and monitoring pre-employment (background) checks;
• Handling ad hoc requests (to a lesser degree), which may include candidate screening (resume or phone screens), reporting, assisting with presentations/meeting agendas, contributing to ongoing Talent Acquisition projects.

• 拥有卓越的组织能力，能够管理优先事项并尊重截止日期；
• 提供优质的客户服务，每天带着积极的团队态度去工作；
• 良好的法语和英语沟通能力，良好的写作能力；
• 人力资源管理、行政或相关专业大专文凭或人力资源管理、劳资关系(优先考虑)大学学位；
• 1 - 5年以上支持岗位工作经验(最好是在人才获取环境或类似的环境中。
