●  招聘职位：交付经验专家（Delivery Experience Specialist）
●  工作内容：
  • Conduct direct deliveries from Delivery Centers to customer homes (if applicable)
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to all current and future owners on delivery day to ensure satisfaction and a great customer experience
  • Be proactive, professional, personal, and passionate
  • Work closely with other employees to ensure smooth transitions for customers toward a successful delivery appointment
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
●  工作要求：
  • 客户服务经验；
  • 能够在压力下出色地工作；
  • 较强的沟通能力和对细节的关注；
  • 技术运用能力(iOS, Windows等)；
  • 能够在晚上、周末和节假日工作；
  • 必须持有并保持有效的驾驶执照和可接受的安全驾驶记录；
  • 必须具备或取得上岗前适当的销售许可证；
  • 能够一次站立2个多小时。
