Support business units to proactively identify and manage workers compensation issues consistent with legislation and customer direction
Provide clients with strategic workers’ compensation support in relation to claims, injury and risk management
Provide site Occupational Health & Safety, Human Resource and Finance General Managers with high level technical knowledge and support
Support the regional workers compensation strategy and framework to ensure cost effective and value added outcomes to customers
Work with clients to develop workers compensation strategies aligned with regional and global objectives
Monitor, review and report on workers compensation performance in California, Utah and Arizona
Identify and assist in improvement opportunities in workers’ compensation with clients
Manage workers compensation litigated and common law matters by ensuring that value is captured and to avoid any unnecessary business risk, duplication and cost
Ensure that outcomes are consistent with agreed strategy to achieve the best possible outcome for the client and ensure involvement of relevant business unit managers, insurers, and legal representatives
