im looking for someone who take my studio from June.
im going to moving in May 19th so you can live from May 20th FOR FREE and you can start pay in June.(11DAYS FREE)
this location is convenient. there are bank, 2 staion(5min walk to atwater station, 8min walk to guy concordia) , Lasalle and concordia university and market(PA, chinese and korean ) etc
Normal price of studio is 900 BUT I HAVE GOOD DEAL. You can pay 845 if you transfer my apartment.
Furnitures has not been sold yet! ( closet, etc). Will give you special pricing for all furnitures.
Great deal for who plan to move in but no furniture yet. Serious concerns only.
