●  工作内容：
  • Enter the data into the system
  • Communicate with the supplier for any clarifications
  • Create and assemble records
  • Keep records up to date (Nethris, Timezone, Synerion and Lifeworks)
  • Receive and sort the resumes
  • Ensure the pre-employment investigation process
  • Ensure the taking of professional references
  • Meet all new employees and submit a required documents. Obtain all necessary signatures at the time of the meeting
  • Ensure the writing of memos, postings, service note
  • Assist the HR management in the preparation and logistics of various corporate activities.
●  工作要求：
  • 有良好的工作组织意识;
  • 在保密记录的性质方面表现出极大的谨慎;
  • 具有较强的人际交往能力;
  • 有很强的自主性和智谋;
  • 学术方面及经验;
  • 会计学位或同等学历;
  • 至少3年会计或人力资源工作经验;
  • 良好的双语能力(口头和书面)是必须的;
  • 掌握MS办公套件;
  • 关于涅提斯星系的知识;
  • 具备时区和ERP SAP的设计系统知识。
