Manage daily and monthly payments process;
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions;
Keeps track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc;
Reconciles payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate;
Maintains historical records;
Schedules payments and ensure payments are made in a timely manner in accordance with payment terms; generally responding to all vendor inquiries;
Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices;
Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions;
Assists in providing deliverables to external auditors;
Supports management in completing special projects and other tasks as assigned.
