●  招聘职位：团体利益解决官员-操作（Group Advantage Resolution Officer - Operations）

●  工作内容：

• Perform complex investigations for registered and non-registered Group Savings Products received via CART.
• Fulfill clients' needs at first point of contact with incoming work received from sales and service partners through various channels (primarily CART)
• Works on several bank application (e.g. Sales Platform, GPAC, RBIS) to complete tasks
• Be able to coach our Service Partners when policies and guidelines such as compliance and AML, are not fully understood.
• Support the processing team as required by performing end-to-end processing tasks related to Group Advantage products and services.
  

●  工作要求：

• 流利的英语和法语双语能力，精通两种语言；
• 有从事调查工作和处理模棱两可问题的经验；
• 能够与合作伙伴和业务客户进行电话沟通；
• 了解投资和注册产品；
• 工作时间灵活，周一至周五，上午9点至下午5点半。
