- Delivering high quality customer service to clients by responding to inquiries regarding finance offerings in a timely manner.
- On-boarding and training new dealers on the program. Upselling existing clients to ensure they are providing more business.
- Developing and strengthening client relationships in a customer service and sales centric environment.
- Working closely with other members of the sales team and operations team to help answer all client questions.
- Operating within established corporate policies, procedures and guidelines.
● 工作要求：
- 1 - 3年客户服务经验；
- 较强的计算机技能和所有Microsoft Office应用程序(MS Word、Excel、Outlook等)的工作知识；
- 良好的口头、书面和沟通能力；
