● 工作内容：
- Serve at the Circulation Desk according to established procedures.
- Monitor the condition of laptop computers, charge and monitor batteries and report problems according to procedures.
- Retrieve library material for the purpose of requests, inter-campus delivery, interlibrary loans, reserves, etc.
- Assist with duties related to maintenance of the stacks, according to established procedures.
- Assist the Overdues Assistant and/or the Reserves Assistant with tasks related to overdues and reserves.
- Collect and record required statistics.
- Promptly report security incidents and building maintenance problems according to established procedures.
- Assist with the carrying out of special projects.
- Participate in library committee work, as assigned.
● 工作要求：
- 高中毕业，一年图书馆工作经验，或大学图书馆技术认证及相关工作经验。有自动化流通系统经验者优先；
- 具备良好的英语口语知识(四级)，能够回答用户的提问，提供详细的政策、程序、规章制度、服务等信息，具备基本的英语书面和法语口语知识(三级)，提供日常信息；
- 有在Windows环境下使用PC的经验;具备微软Outlook电子邮件沟通的基本知识和基本的互联网导航技能；
- 能够在联机图书馆目录中搜索和解释记录；
- 优秀的人际交往能力；
- 能够准确、高效地组织工作，按时完成工作任务并应对干扰。
