●  工作内容：
  • Review credit applications and ensure they are processed in accordance with existing standards. Authorize or refuse credit approval requests, communicate the results of the financing analysis to the representative or market intermediary, providing the reason(s) for refusal, if applicable.
  • Propose financing alternatives to the caisse, originator or market intermediary, provide information sessions and act as content expert within the department.
  • Mandate a certified appraiser, as required, to carry out the work or refer requests to an insurer certified by the organization, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Recommend ways to improve the centre's efficiency and assist team members during peak periods.
