Designs, authors and edits complex e-learning, virtual and blended curriculum and programs including but not limited to measurable learning objectives, group activities, discussions, case studies, role-plays, scenarios, simulations, audio scripts, and progress checks.
Designs both traditional and non-traditional, interactive and multimedia learning solutions
Draws from a diverse background of design and learning techniques to define and sequence instructional content and strategies to optimize out-of-classroom learning experiences.
Adapts instructional materials created for one format to another format (usually from face-to-face to e-Learning and virtual).
Creates and maintains performance support materials, including but not limited to online knowledge bases, job aid, quick reference guides, and other digital based learning resources.
