● 招聘职位：变革管理顾问（Consultant, Change Management）

● 工作内容：

Managing client and key stakeholders expectations to help build and sustain long-term relationships with clients;
Executing client service delivery on complex engagements;
Facilitating client meetings and workshops to support change management efforts;
Supporting business development efforts with existing and potential clients;
Supporting program management activities in maintaining service excellence to clients;
Counselling client representatives leveraging professional experiences and leading practices in the space of strategic change;
Participation in practice development activities including thought leadership, business development, employee engagement and recruiting.

● 工作要求：

本科以上学历(商业、组织行为学、心理学专业等)；
2 - 4年的工作经验，其中大部分涉及到支持大规模的复杂的变革项目；
掌握法语和英语两种语言；
具有管理多个优先级和按时交付承诺的能力；
能够预测所有决策的长期影响，并对问题的解决采取广泛的方法；
良好的口头和书面沟通能力。
