Work closely with the human resources business partners and internal clients to understand their needs, prepare a job description and post it.
Source and head hunt candidates through the web and social networks, such as LinkedIn.
Analyze CVs, screen candidates by telephone or video interviews, and recommend which applicants to meet with.
Coordinate background checks in conjunction with our service provider.
Follow up with candidates in order to provide an outstanding experience.
Maintain up-to-date recruiting data in PeopleSoft.
In addition, this position will allow you to develop your skills and have a greater impact at BDC by giving you the opportunity to participate in various talent acquisition and human resources related projects.
