● 招聘职位：动物护理组经理（Manager, Animal Care Operations）

● 工作内容：

Manages, directs, and oversees the facility operation and personnel in line with the philosophy and the values of the department.
Regularly inspects facility to ensure an efficient operation providing the highest quality of animal care and required sanitation standards in compliance with SOPs, university policies and CCAC guidelines
Collaborates with veterinary services staff to assure health and welfare of animals.
Interacts with research staff to understand and meet their needs.
Oversees record keeping for the animal care program (animal room logs, census, maintenance logs, etc.).
Ensures facility and equipment maintenance meets operational standards.

● 工作要求：

拥有本科学位；
3年或5年相关工作经验；
演示使用现有资源管理工作负载的能力，最大限度地提高过程效率；
对分歧和不同的观点持开放态度，并理解应对任何情况的方法不止一种；
了解卫生监督、质量保证和隔离设施的操作、程序和维护设施指定健康状态的程序；
熟悉动物研究设备的安装、操作、维护和修理；
了解和理解实验室动物护理的规章、准则和标准。
