● 工作内容：

Establish a personal rapport with callers and answer their questions to their satisfaction;
Anticipate clients' needs and suggest suitable financial products and services ;
Refer clients to the appropriate Bank employees, based on the needs identified;
Help clients use the Bank's technological tools;
Meet call and sales targets;
Offer a superior client experience when handling client complaints.

● 工作要求：

高中文凭;
至少6个月的客户服务/咨询经验;
对在呼叫中心工作有兴趣;
的人际关系技巧;
完全双语(英文及法文);
有处理客户投诉的经验。
