Provide administrative support to all HR managers in the staffing dossier;
Create pools of qualified candidates for various categories through active recruitment by using various tools (ex. social media channels, job boards, fairs, and other resources);
Act as liaison between HR managers and hiring managers and/or selection committees;
Responsible for carrying out pre-screening of candidates for all categories based on conditions and minimum requirements;
Perform reference and background checks;
Follow up with candidates regarding the selection process;
Participate in the orientation process of new hires;
Provide administrative and clerical support in the professional development dossier;
Assist the HR Managers in building partnerships with universities and colleges, industry and professional associations etc.;
Resource person regarding day-to-day operations related to CV Manager (on-line application system);
