● 工作内容： The top responsibilities for this SSR role are: Keep an excellent customer satisfaction at all time. Repair IT equipement from IBM and a lot of OEM manufacturing companies. Fix software problems for all customer with a contract with IBM in the Montreal area.

● 工作要求：

有高级It技能(至少3年)；
有ABM，笔记本电脑和桌面3年，服务器3年，软件3年，网络3年，存储3年；
必须掌握法语/英语双语；
首选技术和教授经验；
必须在IT公司进行过3年的故障修复。
