Gather market information and provide support for the brokerage team;
Prepare for pitches and create other marketing tools;
Manage the database of property owners and reaching out to new and potential clients;
Participate in weekly team meetings, intern meetings and mentor/mentee meetings;
Complete end of the year internship pitch presentation to panel;
Update database projects in ReApps and Costar;
Conduct Building walks to establish tenant rosters within buildings – building tenant information;
Consolidate market surveys into one master slide deck;
Provide market and research support to tenant representation group;
Participate in weekly team meetings, intern meetings and mentor/mentee meetings;
Complete end of the year internship pitch presentation to panel.

● 工作要求：

目前就读于商业、经济学、工商管理、城市经济学、城市规划或城市地理专业；
有商业房地产行业经验者优先；
熟练使用包括但不限于MS Windows在内的所有适用软件包;MS Office，包括MS Word、Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint；Adobe Professional、X或Standard；CRM和RECBC；
良好的口头和书面沟通能力；
精通另一种语言是一项资产；
在快节奏的环境中，能够适应并优先考虑，按时完成任务；
能够以一种紧迫感来运作，迅速回应利益相关者。
